The Tokusa Yunomi is a Mino ware mug with straight sides, a slightly flared base and a loop handle, in a red glaze striped with cream from rim to base. The handle is glossy. At 280 ml it is a mug for everyday tea.
Mino ware (美濃焼, Mino-yaki) comes from the Gifu Prefecture region and is the most widely produced ceramic in Japan, known for the sheer variety of its glazes.
Made in Mino, Gifu Prefecture, Japan.

Each piece is made by hand, so the glaze on yours will differ from the photograph. That variation is the character of the piece, not a flaw.
