EdoMatcha offers both one-time purchases and subscription options.

By choosing a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring charges based on your selected delivery schedule.

Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

To avoid being charged, please cancel at least 48 hours before renewal.

Refunds

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

All subscription orders follow our Returns Policy.
Due to food safety regulations, tea products cannot be returned.
