The Seirin chawan pairs natural brown tones on the outside with a blue glaze inside that pours over the rim. The glaze runs differently on every bowl, so each one is its own piece.
Made in Mino, Japan
Diameter: 11 cm
Height: 7.5 cm
Please note: shape, colour and capacity vary a little from bowl to bowl. That is the nature of handmade Japanese ceramics.
Ships Australia-wide and worldwide, with free Australian shipping on orders over $100. See the full range of matcha bowls.
Each piece is made by hand, so the glaze on yours will differ from the photograph. That variation is the character of the piece, not a flaw.
