Konayuki (こなゆき), meaning powder snow, the maker's own name for it. Clear glass flecked with deep blue, turquoise and white.

The Konayuki Glass Choko is a small glass cup with a flared bell shape on a short foot. The colour gathers towards the base, in flecks of deep blue, turquoise and white. A choko (猪口) is a small cup for sake or cold tea.

Matsugaoka Glass is a glassmaker in Tsuruoka, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Each glass is handmade, so size, colour and pattern vary slightly from piece to piece.
