Aka, meaning Red.
Made in Gifu, central Japan, Mino ware (Mino-yaki) is the country's most widely produced ceramic, with a tradition running more than 1,300 years. Each cup is hand-finished, so no two glazes are quite alike.
Made in Mino, Japan
Diameter: 8 cm

Please note: The condition of the glaze differs from one to another due to the characteristics of the pottery, so the colour and size may differ from the image.
Ships Australia-wide and worldwide, with free Australian shipping on orders over $100. See the full range of Japanese tea cups.
Each piece is made by hand, so the glaze on yours will differ from the photograph. That variation is the character of the piece, not a flaw.
