The Suisyo Chawan is a handcrafted matcha bowl made in Mino, one of Japan's most celebrated pottery regions. Suisyo (水晶), meaning "crystal," captures the essence of this piece perfectly — a dramatic contrast between a dark grey stone-textured exterior and a luminous turquoise blue interior, reminiscent of still water reflecting an open sky.
