Fūjin and Raijin are two of Japan's most iconic deities, often depicted together in classical Japanese art — Fūjin, the Wind God, and Raijin, the Thunder God. Together they represent the powerful, elemental forces of nature.
This yunomi is crafted in the Kutani ware tradition, celebrated for its rich, glassy overglaze and intricate, vibrant artistry. Each cup features in-house developed glazes and precision detailing, then hand-finished and kiln-fired for lasting quality.
Kutani ware, or Kutani-yaki, originates from Ishikawa Prefecture and dates back to the 17th century, blending centuries-old technique with everyday functionality.
